Sorting Of The Customer Profile Should Be By Default With The Most Current Effective Date (Doc ID 2197307.1)

Last updated on JUNE 22, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Receivables Cloud Service - Version 11.1.11.1.0 and later
Oracle Fusion Receivables - Version 11.1.11.1.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Customer Data

The sorting of the Profile History records is in ascending order instead of descending order.
When you open a Customer Account or Customer Site, it should show the current/active profile, but it shows the oldest profile record first.

This can easily be improved greatly by changing the default sorting to "descending" instead of "ascending" for the first column "Effective Date".

Current setting is error sensitive and confusing as people see data values that is not up-to-date. Moreover it is inefficient because it requires a lot of clicks to change the sorting of the first column.
