ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Self Service Benefits Enrollment Page Issue. Employee do not see link to enroll into benefits


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as employee
2. Navigate to benefits
3. Click change benefit elections
4. Application only allows employee to modify contacts (Family Members/Beneficiary Org.)
