ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Similar employees Participants Benefits Summary in Benefits Service Center are different. One has Default benefits and other is empty.
The Benefits Enrollment page is completely different for like employees. Both employees have all the same eligibility info, neither are currently enrolled.
Steps:
Select Enrollment under Benefits section
Search Person page will appear, search for the employee by name or person number
Click on the employee’s name
This will open the Benefits Service Center page
Select Enrollment under Benefits section
Search Person page will appear, search for the employee by name or person number
Click on the employee’s name
This will open the Benefits Service Center page
