Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Capture Transactions-Define Allocations and Period Entries

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to Generate Allocation, no Journal lines are generated.

LOG ERROR

WARNING ::The Offset argument is within the region Target X Range. The resulting value for the offset cell(s) is the sum of the offset and allocation values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an allocation rule from Calculation Manager having the Offset as part of the Target.
2. Save, validate and deploy
3. Generate Allocation rule


Scenario:
There is $100 in one Cost Center and the customer is trying to allocate that money in another Cost centers, including the very same cost center that is defined as the source of the money.
f.e Cost Center 9504B is defined as the Source, the Target is "All Cost Center Values" and the offset is also Cost Center 9504B.
