Why Are the Results Different in the Lead Score Filter and Insight Lead Score Dashboards? (Doc ID 2200193.1)

Symptoms

When filtering on lead score, the numbers are different than the results in the Insight (OBIEE) Lead Score Model Comparison dashboards.

In the following example, there are zero contacts with a lead score of D1 in the filter, but 11 contacts in the dashboard.
