Symptoms

When running calculation the process ends in error:

Comp Plan exists in INCOMPLETE status
cn_tp_calculate_txns.validate_comp_plans.l_invalid_comp_plans
End of cn_tp_calculate_txns.validate_comp_plans with error
Comp Plan exists in INCOMPLETE status
cn_tp_calculations_pvt.calulate.l_failed_vldn
End of cn_tp_calculate_txns.process_calc_batch for calc job id : 300000001724625 with error.
