Goal

Q1: Per the 15B Recruiting Configuration Guide, "Pay basis values can be imported from an external HRMS system such as Fusion".  But examination of the Fusion/Taleo out-of-box processes (run from the Fusion framework) do not show any process that sends the PayBasis to Taleo.  Why is this?

Q2: The reason for the above question is that a customer requires that their Fusion/Taleo integration be able to handle annual pay differently; some of their scenarios require PayBasis of type 'Annual' with an annualization factor of '12', while other scenarios require Annual type with an annualization factor of '13'.  Is this handled in the out-of-box Fusion-Taleo integration for 15B?
