Goal

 This document provides information on how to add a signed SSL certificate into a DBaaS standalone Oracle REST Data Services instance. This functionality is available with ORDS 3.0.6 available in the DBaaS  16.4.1 and above. To check the cloud version:

* Login to the VM using SSH as either the oracle or opc user.
* Run the following command: 

In the example above, the dbaastools version is 16.3.3.  To upgrade the cloud tooling, follow the documentation in:
