Employee Annual Rate not getting displayed for a Plan on Self Service

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as User
2. Navigate>About Me> Benefits
3. Start enrollment
4. Go to Plan train stop
5. Employee Annual Rate does not appear for the desired plans


 User needs to back out the plan
