Symptoms
Creating a Transfer Order using FBDI fails with an error:
Supply order creation failed because transfer price was not specified.
Item Costs have been assigned to the item as viewed from Cost Accounting:
1. Navigate to Cost Accounting
2. Tasks -> Review Item Costs
3. Search for the Item which shows a - Total Unit Cost
