Weblogic Managed Server Only Accessible On Port 80 But Not On Any Other Port (Doc ID 2206476.1)

Symptoms

Change Listen port of JCS WebLogic server to 8001

Restart the servers and try to access the host:8001 service but its not accessible even though port is open. 

Only access is allowed through port 80 Which is defined in IPTables
