Fusion Global HR: Checklist Notifications Are Being Sent To Owner Instead Of Assignees Only (Doc ID 2207263.1)

Symptoms

When the employee submit the self resignation request, after the process approved system generates the notification according to the checklist.
What we expect is only the checklist task owners receive the notification, but now the employee who is initiated the process receive all the tasks notifications and they can also edit the tasks by himself.

Expectation is that only the assignee should be able to action the checklist.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Employee submits resignation request
2. Checklist shows the notification is assigned to the AOR
3. Open the checklist, and see that employee is able to perform actions on the notification too - this is not what is expected. Expectation is that only the assignee should be able to action the checklist.

Due to this issue, initiators are able to action the checklist whereas only assignees should be able to action the checklist.
