Login Errors or Slow Performance After Logging in to Unifier (Doc ID 2208115.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to log into a Primavera Cloud environment, an error is thrown and user(s) are unable to log in, and/or customer is experiencing unacceptable performance within the application.

Errors that may be received:

System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator

HTTP 404 - File not found

Failure of server APACHE bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

System Not Available - Please Contact Your System Administrator

Error 500 -- Internal Server Error

System issues that may be experienced:

Blank web page after entering user credentials.

Web page doesn't load - loading icon spins continuously.

Slow response times when working in Unifier - application navigation is slow, records won't load, User Defined Reports take longer than usual to load.

202 Accepted errors.

User enters credentials and is returned to the Cloud Portal page or the Unifier login page.
