Symptoms

When attempting to log into a Cloud Unifier environment, an error is thrown and the user(s) are unable to log in or customer is experiencing unacceptable performance.

Errors that may be received:

System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator
HTTP 404 - File not found
Failure of server APACHE bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
System Not Available - Please Contact Your System Administrator
Error 500 -- Internal Server Error

System issues that may be experienced:

Blank Web Page after entering credentials
Web Page doesn't load - loading icon spinning continuously
Slow response times when working in Unifier - application navigation is slow, records won't load, user defined reports taking longer than usual to load
202 Accepted errors
