Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

1. We would like to know the Functional impact after we uncheck the "Use profile related to worker's job data", check the "Use specific content items" and load the competencies/content item using "Copy Content from Profile" present on Content Tab?

2. It was also noticed that after we check "Use profile related to worker's job data", check the "Use specific content items" and load the competencies/content item using "Copy Content from Profile" present on Content Tab and load our Exempt Job Profile competencies/content items. All the competencies/content items are loading fine, but the rating model associated to the Competencies/content item which is defined on Content Item level does not gets inherited at Performance Template-Content Tab level. Can you let us you is this a bug or setup issue?
