Balances Do Not Appear In ARM (Account Reconciliation Manager) Reconciliation List After Successful Data Load

You've loaded and validated several balances from a flat file into Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) in your Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) environment. You run a data load within ARM and although it completes successfully, no balances can be seen in the ARM Reconciliation List. Balances do display in FDMEE.
