Error in Smart View Ad-hoc Analysis - Planning Provider Error

When ad-hoc analysis in Smart View connected to PBCS instance, users receive an error: "Planning Provider Error".
While using the same connection users are able to access the dimension library and the forms tab and error is only while using ad-hoc analysis.
