Documents Uploaded to OSN Conversation where Social Group is a Member Is Not Visible Under Documents Tab of the Social Group (Doc ID 2211376.1)

Symptoms

A document has been uploaded to a Fusion Application's (FAPPs) social object.
The social object is shared with an Oracle Social Network (OSN) group of people.
When users go to the wall of the OSN group and click on the Documents tab, the uploaded documents are not visible.

For example:

  1. FAPPs "Opportunities" object is shared in OSN
  2. An OSN group of people (GroupTest_OSN) is a member of the "Opportunities" object



  3. A user uploads a document to the "Opportunities" object



     

  4. The document  is not visible to users when clicking on the "Documents" tab while on the Wall of the Social group
