Symptoms

An Oracle Java Cloud Service instance can fail suddenly due to below password expiry error messages. This failure is due to the fact that the user password for the infrastructure repository schema is set to expire in 180 days after an Oracle Java Cloud Service instance is created. You will get the following error messages:
