On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Allocate Project Costs

We are in the process of implementing Project Financials Management Cloud. We were on an Oracle 11i On premise system before. After setting up Project Financial Management I have noticed that we are not able to enter task level transaction controls. We can only enter project level transaction controls. We have used task level transaction controls in 11i to restrict which people book time to which task and which expenditure types are allowed to book costs to a task.

Please advise if task level transaction controls are not possible in fusion cloud and if so what is the alternative to restrict people or expenditure types being booked against particular tasks?
