Analytics: Dashboards Not Loading in Sandbox Instance

Dashboards in the sandbox instance do not load, rather they remain stuck at Loading...
For example, when navigating to Analytics > Dashboards > Campaign Analysis Overview > select date range > Apply, the following appears:
