Symptoms

When configured for Cloud Connect with Client-side Cache enabled.

When logging into P6 Professional with an incorrect username/password combination, the following error occurs:

ERROR

"Invalid log-in name or pass-word. Please try again or choose Cancel to exit the application."

ADDITIONAL

When re-entering the correct username/password combination, the following error occurs:

ERROR

"Unable to connect to the database. Please run the Database Configuration tool or contact your administrator."

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Attempt to login to P6 Professional for Cloud Connect, using an incorrect username/password combination.
2. Observe the following error: "Invalid log-in name or pass-word. Please try again or choose Cancel to exit the application."
3. Select 'OK'
4. Enter the correct username/password combination
5. Observe the following error:  "Unable to connect to the database. Please run the Database Configuration tool or contact your administrator."
