FRS Report giving error as System is in Maintenance Mode (Doc ID 2216070.1)

Symptoms

Trying to run the FR Reports from FRS and getting error message as "javax.jcr.RepositoryException: System is in Maintenance Mode. Please try again later."

Also if someone runs the FR report from EPM Workspace then it will show "Unable to process request".

Changes

 Maintenance mode is On in Bi Analytics > Administration.
