"Find" Business Process (BP) Record Doesn't Return Non-Workflow Records Even When 'View' Permission Is Enabled (Doc ID 2217380.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 15.2.7.1 and 16.1.5.0

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Filter for out-of-box Non-Workflow Business Process record doesn't work even when the user has been granted explicate 'View' Permissions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Login to Unifier.
2. Created one company <USER A>, and grant with "View user records" permission in Admin mode.
3. Go to User mode, Company logs, Business Process (BP), select 2 BP records, click Permission menu button , and grant "View" permissions to the company <USER A>.
4. Login as the company <USER A>.
5. Go to Company workspace, User mode. Company logs, BP.
6. <USER A> could see the records base on the permission settings. But if the user clicks on "Find" and enters a valid value no records are returned.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should able to filter records with condition.
