Symptoms

Form does not show both the member name and alias

Creating a new form for revenue and in the account dimension properties, select to show both Member Name and Alias. However, previewing the form see only the Alias

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Application settings, select "default" for Member Name/Alias Display tab and select member name or alias as per your requirement
