Symptoms

When creating new lookup values for CREDIT_MEMO_REASON lookup type, the new values cannot be created using a reference data set other than common set

ERROR
-----------------------
The value provided for the Reference Data Set attribute is invalid.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to define new Credit Memo Reason lookup codes attached to Enterprise Data Set or any other BU specific reference data set, and avoid using the Common set.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) On FSM, opened “Manage Receivable Lookups” task.
2) Selected CREDIT_MEMO_REASON lookup type.
3) In Financials Generic Lookup Type: CREDIT_MEMO_REASON section, clicked ADD (+) to create a new lookup code.
4) The new values cannot be created using a reference data set other than common set
