When attempting to assign a P6 EPPM application instance (for example, P6 Application Instance for production access), the provisioning fails and the following is logged to the provisioning log accessible within cloud administration:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Cloud Administration
2. Select a user
3. Attempt to add an application instance for a user
4. Note the error which occurs in the provisioning log
