Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Payroll SLA Mapping rule is not mapping to the correct account
User has setup SLA rules for mapping payroll costs to GL

Need a rule that changes the default Cost Center to '0000' when the Account is '2181002'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Cost center should be defaulted to '0000' as per setup.
