Symptoms

When the journal approver requests more information on the journal and sends it back to the journal creator, the creator is not receiving any notification (neither a bell notification nor an email).
As a result, the creator has to go to Tasks --> Worklist to see the journals which have come back requesting more information.
For normal journal approvals and approved journal notifications are being received by both parties, but not this one.
