Symptoms
You have a process that updates the order release line and release quantities via transmission.
This process is then supposed to propagate the changes to the shipment which is working as expected when the "new" quantity is not zero.
When the XML quantities is 0, the release line and release are properly however the shipment keeps the same value it had previously.
