Goal

 When trying to connect to a cube in Smartview ,Recieved the following error

 

"cannot open cube View.Essbase error (1051544):message on contacting or from application :
[Tue Jan 24 20.00.41 2017] Local////140233950467840/Error(1027010)
An error [1198068] occured when calling the sql stored procedure
