Symptoms

 Actual Behavior
----------------------
Autpost Not Picking Journals In Unposted Status.
Journals without errors and in approved status, if approval required

Expected Behavior
----------------------
Autopost job should pick up all unposted journals to post

Steps Reproduce
---------------------
- Setup Auto post criteria Setup
- Run Autopost job
