SSO: Access to Career Section Only Works the First Time (In A Session) (Doc ID 2232544.1)

Symptoms

Internal Candidates are able to successfully access the internal Career Section via SSO.  However subsequent attempts during the same browsing session with the following error: 

NOTE: If symptoms are 'opposite', that is there is a 403 error on the first attempt but subsequent attempts are successful, please see: (Doc ID 2430368.1)

Changes

 Prerequisite: zone is configured for SSO access (both front and back end)
