Error in Fusion on collection Metric
Cannot get olap application Information. Essbase Error(1051030): Application IEX does not exist
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

3.Metric Tab > Query a customer Account and attempt to run the metric report
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the metric report for their customers
