On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis

When attempting to have 2 segments with the same value and these values are used in FRS reports that do not use a hierarchy and  instead uses All Values, the following error occurs.

 Error Executing query: Error: Internal Essbase JAPI error: [Cannot perform cube view operation. Essbase Error(1260073):Cannot uniquely identify a member the name [XXXX] is duplicated].

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add the same value in to segments of your COA
2. Design an FRS report that uses all Values for the segments instead of using hierarchies.
3. Select the values that are the same on both segments
4. Run the report from FRS or BI Catalog

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the report and needs to re-select the member, every time a new value that already exist in another segment is added into a segment used in the report. Once the user remaps the member the issue goes away, but is annoying for the customer having to remap the report every time this issue arises.
