Symptoms

On :  11.1.11.1.0 version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When trying to approve journal batches with a large number of journal lines, and the approval rule is using conditions as Account.* the Journal gets stuck in " In Process" approval status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Allow to follow the approval process

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Have an approval rule that uses conditions as Account.* or any other using "*".

2. Upload a journal batch with more than 4000 journal lines that are supposed to get auto approved and will follow the approval rule setup in step1.

3. The journal batch gets stuck in  Approval "In Process" status and user is not able to delete the batch.
