Symptoms

When attempting to Post Journal in application UI,
the following error occurs.

Cross Validation Rules error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Navigate to General Accounting > Journals > Create Journals
3. Enter details and click on Post
