How to hide fields in Goal section from Worker but display them to Manager ? (Doc ID 2236287.1)

Tried to hide few fields in Performance Document but not working.

For employee login, we want to hide the following fields in Goals Section, but the same should be visible to manager:
1. Add
2. Delete
3. Employee Rating
4. Employee Comments

The employee should be able to see the goal details but cannot add / delete, Rate or comment. However the employee should be able to see the manager rating.

We tried to customize the performance document goal section but the rating of both employee and manager gets hidden.

The below El Expressions were used but the rating field getting hidden for both employee and manager.
