Symptoms

When an HR Business Partner selects to view Compensation History, while proxying to a manager in their secure view, receive an error

“Warning, You do not have permission to access this information.”


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion
2. Select Workforce Compensation
3. Select plan 
4. Choose the Compensation worksheet.
5. Click on the Compensation History icon for an employee
