Goal

The Journal Entry has been created by system by mistakenly running the Program - "Create Balance Sheet Closing Journals"

Q1. How these journals get created?

Q2. How to delete the journal batch,  the deletion option is greyed out?

Because of which unable to close the financial year and failed to submit the management reports.
