Traffic via GRE Between OPC Instances Using Corente VPN Not Working (Doc ID 2237588.1)

Goal

After setting up Corente VPN, deploying the Corente Services Gateway (CSG) in OPC (Oracle Public Cloud) and connecting the OPC instances (PaaS and IaaS instances) via GRE tunnels to the Cloud CSG, traffic between the instances is not possible via GRE. In other words, communication between the OPC instances via GRE, so using their endpoint GRE tunnel addresses, is not working.
