Goal

How to make the project field mandatory for all the requisitions?

There is a requirement that POET details (project, Task, Expenditure Org and Expenditure Type) should be mandatory on all the requisitions and Purchase Order(PO's) User Interface (UI).

In 11i, users have done the customization in iProcurement to meet their requirement.
