Symptoms

When attempting to post Receiving Accounted transactions into GL Period close- Receiving Accounting Errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create Accounting Execution Report for Receipt Accounting
2. Event Class - Receiving and Event Type - Receipt into Inspection
3. ERROR
-----------------------
Error1:For Event class RECEIVING.
The account 000.00001.0000.00000003.000.000000000.00000.00000 is a third party account. Cause:
Group accounts of third parties can only be used when the application is activated to use third party
accounts. Action: You must change the account rule so that you do not use a combination of third party
accounts or update the {ACCOUNT_VALUE} account so that it is not a third party account.
