Compensation Change Statement Effective Date Provides Day Prior vs. Date of Transfer to HR Date (Doc ID 2238858.1)

Symptoms

 
When using the tag <?format-date:COMP_1_COMPENSATION_EFF_DATE;'YYYY-MM-DD'?> or <?format-date:COMP_1_COMPENSATION_EFF_DATE;¿XDODEFDATE¿?>, the statement is returning the day before the transfer to HR date and needs to be the date of as effective date.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manege plans>select plan
2. Communication tab
3. Generate statements
4. All workers

Changes

Manager generating the statement had changed the preferred timezone to (UTC-06:00)Chicago - Central Time (CT) from the default 'UTC+0:00'
