Many ISPs now have automated filters that determine whether a message is accepted for delivery to the Inbox, Spam Folder or not at all. These filters are triggered by such things as bounce rates, bounce management, and recipient complaints. Due to this, it is very important to monitor and manage your bounce rates and recipient complaint levels on an ongoing basis. Understanding what rates are normal for your email program and working to lower bounce and complaint rates will increase the number of emails that are accepted.
