Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Suddenly, users are not able to see their projects unless they are given admin-superuser access.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to see their assigned projects.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Web or the P6 Pro client
2. Open the Projects list
3. See the issue
