Goal

Due to an imputed income earnings element set to calculate separately, Medicare Withheld Not Taken And Social Security Withheld Not Taken balances were created.  When the regular pay was processed, the Medicare and Social Security taxes were "caught up", but the Medicare Withheld Not Taken and Social Security Tax Withheld Not Taken balances were never cleared.
