Current feature available enables user to search for account under activity by typing in the characters directly in the field which hapens to be
searching and resulting based on 'Starts With'. if user wants to search All the Records in System and show in results accounts that contain the string
that is entered, user has to cleick on Serach/More option that takes user to a new page select the record set, then enter the string and click on search,
then from the result set select appropriate account, then select ok or apply to attach this account with the activity.
