Last updated on OCTOBER 16, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Benefits Cloud Service - Version 11.1.11.1.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Defined amount for "Participant Imputed Income Shell Plan" for employee's who had their Annual Enrollments through Benefit Administration life event shows monthly instead weekly. Another incident for this plan where the monthly rates are seen are if the employee had a salary change after the open event.
For ex: EE had a salary change on 1/15/2017. His Imputed Income Shell Plan showed weekly with open enrollment (I.e from 1/1/2017 to 1/14/2017) but after a salary change taken place on 1/15/2017, this plan is showing as monthly from 1/15/2017.

Changes

According to the Product feature the imputed Shell Plan should give
preference to the Defined Rate Frequency of the Variable Rate Profile and not the program.
Hence this behavior.

This functionality was fixed as part of BUG 23569866. This patch went into R11 PB11 which would have hit all customers pods sometime in Mid December 2017. Therefore, is why the
behavior was different for the Open enrollment vs salary change.
