"Could not retrieve WSDL content from document <DOCUMENT ID>" When Attempting To View WSDL Content for a Document

When attempting to view the WSDL document content within OTM, the following error is observed:


It is expected to be able to view WSDL content in OTM successfully with no errors.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to OTM and navigate to Business Process Automation -> Document Manager
2. Search for and select to edit a document in which a WSDL file has been previously uploaded for.
3. Select 'View' to view the WSDL content.
4. The error is thrown.
