The Available for Distribution’ amount, ‘Unpublished Amount’ and ‘Available budget’ amount are displaying as -0.00 in Manage budget summary when the budget is initiated as 100% of total eligible salaries and all 100% budget is allocated and published.

Steps to reproduce:
‘Compensation’ icon > Act as a Proxy > Select the plan > Initiate the budget and put the percentage as 100% > Navigate budget allocation screen > Allocate 100% for both managers and publish > Observe the ‘Available for Distribution’ amount, ‘unpublished amount’ and ‘available budget’ amount displaying in the ‘Budget’ summary.

Actual Result:
Unpublished amount is displaying as -0.00.
Available for Distribution amount is displaying as -0.00
Available Budget amount is displaying as -0.00.
 
Expected Result:
Unpublished amount should be displayed 0.00.
Available for Distribution amount should be displayed as 0.00
Available Budget amount should be displayed as 0.00.
